Situation & Scenario

When we visited Jan Forster and conducted an audit of their systems we found that their equipment was rather dated; coupled with their high telephone tariff, communication between their four office sites was expensive.

After installing new telephone equipment and creating a Voice VPN, the client was able to make calls completely free of charge between sites. This vastly improved internal call handling as well being providing a cost effective way of communicating with each branch.

Subsequently we provided ADSL broadband connections at all four sites and created a Data VPN utilizing the client’s hosted solution, further speeding up their current processes.

Situation & Scenario

With a number of sites, dated and slow telephone & IT systems, Ramside Hall had no idea exactly what they were paying their previous providers for in terms of telephone lines or broadband services.

What We Did

We offered them a free audit of their sites telecoms, broadband, IT hardware and network connections; it was found that they were paying for telephone equipment and lines that were either not in use or redundant.

By streamlining and removing unwanted lines & connections the Hotel made such a large saving, they were able to purchase a completely new system – and with fibre broadband in place, speed and reliability issues are now a thing of the past.

By switching to Select Telecom and routing their calls over our network, the Hotel enjoys further savings on all outbound calls to this day.
